ANCO Lamella Raw Material Pump
The ANCO Lamella Pump was originally developed for the
fishing industry
(discharging of ships or processing factories).
Since that time it has developed into a excellent solution for:
meat, fish, poultry, pork, beef, and other semi-solid products, also handles
a variety of product sizes, from very small to coarse; including, chunked meat,
meat with high bone content, fats, all types of slurries, and Sludge with high
solids content, etc…
Its High efficiency, low-maintenance pump design utilizes impeller vanes rotating
in an eccentric “cam” motion, which offers unique advantages of traditional
pumping methods.

Capacities: Up to 200 m^3/hr (7000 ft^3/hr)
Easy maintenance; with simple, fast access to all wear components

Specially designed for products with “large or hard pieces”, i.e. bones
Small Compact Design (minimal spare requirements)
Rotor made hardened CK 60 - the rotor is equipped with bolted wear bars
Special Hardened Wear parts made in H 600 and H 500
Oil/grease lubricated “mechanical seals”
Welded or casted pump housing - GGG60 Construction
Replaceable knives in the inlet and outlet of the pump
NO Complicated Knife gate vales or Hydraulics
Lower RPMs for reduced wear (typically 20-30 RPM)
Pumping pressures up-to 20 Bar (290 psi)
Easily changeable configurations make it easily adaptable to both new
and existing installations

Each pump is sandblasted and Epoxy painted
Each Pump comes with Two year (24 month) warranty on motor and drive assembly
